Breathwork is a powerful tool to cultivate Prana (life-force energy), calm and regulate our nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, detoxify our body, and support overall wellbeing.
Our breath is one of the autonomous functions in our body, but what makes the breath different is that we can also control our breath. And when we can tap into that ability, deep transformation can occur.
We are breathing all day everyday, when we are conscious and during our sleep. But most of us aren’t breathing correctly most (if not all!) of the time. Most of us don’t even give our breath a second thought. If we’re going to breathe anyway, we might as well do it the right way!
