Originally residing in a small country town outside of Adelaide where he played long-format DJ sets for a mixture of audiences, it didn’t take long before WILLØ was hungry for something bigger.
Bigger shows, bigger crowds and bigger achievements.
In 5 years WILLØ has become one of the most respected open-format artists in Australia, having dominated the commercial “party” market he then set his sights onto more club-ready sounds such as Tech House, Bass House, Electro House and everything in between.
WILLØ’s music is well respected, having garnered several Hypeddit #1 chart placements, countless top #5’s and support from some of the world’s biggest DJ’s including Steve Aoki, TUJAMO, KSHMR, Matisse & Sadko, Raven & Kreyn, Damien N-Drix, Merk & Kremont, Tom Budin and more.
This year, WILLØ has been on a roll with new releases. Notably, an Official Remix of “Tom Budin – Flying Again” alongside a cover of the hit track “Counting Stars,” featuring collaboration with Sydney Artists “Felixx & Steff.” The collective effort resulted in “Counting Stars” soaring to an impressive #6 spot on Australia’s Club ARIA CHARTS.
With music being showcased by the likes of Club Killers, Digital Music Pool & DJ City. WILLØ further expands his reach with hosting “THE CHARGE UP” on Radio Metro 105.7 Gold Coast every Saturday 7 – 8pm.
There aren’t many artists that can boast a resume quite as full as WILLØ’s in such a short amount of time. With his recent relocation to Australia’s party capital of Gold Coast and a catalogue of releases on the horizon, WILLØ is certainly proving that this isn’t luck and that the future is brighter than ever.
