This deep rest practice designed to nourish, restore and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. The practice will comprise components of meditation, breathwork, yin and restorative yoga poses, that will feel like a massage for your mind, body and soul.
The practice will close with a deep relaxation infused with Reiki healing.
This practice is designed to drop you deep into your parasympathetic nervous system, leaving you feeling like you are floating on a cloud while filling your cup for the month ahead.
This practice is suitable for all levels.
Please bring along your own yoga mat and yoga props eg. bolsters and blocks. If you don’t own yoga props, please bring two large cushions or pillows (these are essential for this practice).
