Join me for a 60-minute immersion which will bring you into a state of deep rest. Combining practices of Pranayama (breath work), Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and Sound Healing which will lead you through an expansive journey inward and allow for both release and restoration of both the mind and body.
Location: Evolve Airlie
Time: 5:30pm (Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier to settle into your space)
Bring: Warm clothes, eye pillow (anything you may need to feel comfortable)
Cost: $25 (Payments via EFT to secure booking)
