This 90 minute immersion will bring you in to a state of deep rest. Combining practices of Pranayama (Breath), Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) and Sound Healing which will lead you on an expansive journey inward and allow for release of both the body and mind.
Location/time: Event begins at 6:30pm at Principle Movements, please arrive a little earlier to settle into your space.
Bring: warm clothing, eye pillow (anything you need to feel comfortable) Props are available at the studio
