Indulge in a homely feast of local flavour, as you join Michelle from One Hungry Mumma, and local farmers, sharing their skills and love for the region’s food and provenance.
Dine under the gum trees in idyllic Finch Hatton, as you meet and network with local farmers whose flavours are featured in this dining experience. Enjoy the beautiful set-up, created in collaboration with Events by Lauren, as you indulge in an evening filled with local stories and acoustic music.
Let the menu transport you from local, lush pastures, to a shared table filled with the best locally grown produce, freshly picked, and served from the region’s backyard.
Getting there
Take your own transport to make it your own adventure (Free public parking around the back of Finch Hatton Showgrounds – entry down Peoples Street) or relax and let Mackay Adventure Tours do the driving for you. Jump on their bus and enjoy the drive, seeing Mackay’s lush landscapes from rich farmland to lanes of sugarcane.
