There’s no better way to relax, release and rejuvenate then restorative yoga with sound healing on a Full Moon with a Total Luna Eclipse!
We all know what a full moon is capable of, and coupled with a total Luna eclipse it is the perfect time to GROUND.
The very talented Kathleen Campbell will be playing the harp live delivering ancient healing frequencies during this 75min grounding journey that will be led by Shannon. Both facilitators amazing in what they do.
