Come and connect with like minded others in a supportive circle leading into Februarys Full Moon. We will move through a progression of breath work, some gentle movement, sound healing and meditation.
This circle is for you if you are craving more harmony in your life, would like dive deeper into meditation and connect with your breath and body.
Open to everyone, whether you have never meditated before or have a regular practice.
Tea and nibbles will be provided.
