Jolly Jingo Plays Sunday Sessions @ Tropic Coast Motel | Mackay

Looking for a different way to relax with friends and family on a Sunday afternoon while listening to good music in Mackay? Look no further. Tropic Coast Motel is opening its licensed restaurant once a month for free Sunday Sessions between 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm.

Our inaugural session will feature the talented Aussie larrikin Jolly Jingo who delights audiences with his country, blues, rock & original music. A seasoned musician & songwriter who has performed Australia wide, expect some audience participation & a lot of cheekiness & laughs as Jolly Jingo entertains with his positive, natural ease. Not to be missed, grab your friends & come along for a great afternoon! Doors open at 2.00pm.

Children are welcome and there is a children’s playground adjacent to the restaurant. The bar will be open with ready-made snacks on offer. If you’re coming from out of town, why not make an afternoon of it and stay the night? Discounted room rates are available for Sunday Session patrons. 😉
