Kids Class - Stretch, Breathe and Meditate
2nd and 4th Friday of the month
Our fully guided kids classes are aimed at ages 7-12. These classes cover some basic stretches to get the energy flowing, guided relaxation, mindfulness, and meditation. Our kids classes aim provide children with simple tools to assist with calming the mind and building emotional resilience.
We are all looking for peace and happiness in our life, including kids! These classes will help them be better equipped to deal with the day to day stresses that life brings them and in turn feel more centred, grounded and peaceful.
