Meditation & Sound Healing Journey @ Bamboo Buddha | Holgate

Each event we intuitively choose a theme for the guided meditation, to support the group with the current Earth energies and astrological alignments.

Starting with a welcoming circle, you will then be guided into a relaxing theta state with a deep grounding meditation, before you embark on a sound healing journey that includes a mix of traditional Tibetan singing bowls, voice medicine, shamanic drumming and other healing instruments.

Sound healing while in deep theta state assists with healing and rebalancing the central nervous system and resetting the adrenal glands, as well as supporting participants to come back into their energetic centre.
