Queensland Week Farm to Plate Dinner
This event follows the hugely successful dinner that was held last year as part of the Mackay Isaac Whitsunday Food and Agritourism Project. The Farm to Plate Dinner is one of a handful of events to be funded by the Queensland Government’s Queensland Week Sponsorship Program and will be a true celebration of the region’s most outstanding produce. This will be an authentic farm to plate feast with produce that is grown, caught and raised locally by passionate producers in the Mackay, Isaac and Whitsunday regions.

Tickets include cocktail on arrival followed by a five-course degustation menu – a celebration of the amazing produce the Greater Whitsunday region has to offer. The menu will be presented by highly regarded Chef Matt Golinski and four local chefs – Darren Deacon (Clarion), Andrew Spindler (Coral Cay Resort), Kristy Borg (Curb & K&Co) and Aaron Macklin (Harrup Park). Each course will be designed to highlight the local ingredients along with the skills of the chefs who will create this amazing celebration of our regional produce.
