We are offering a space for community to connect, a space to take time out for yourself, reconnect within and immerse yourself in sound. A gentle sound healing with medicine drum, chimes, crystal bowls, guitar and gentle guidance.
Duration – 1.5 Hours
Located in Erina (full location will be sent out to participants prior to event)
What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing works on healing the mental and emotional levels. In particular reducing stress, anxiety, and lower mood. Balancing and clearing the mind, body and soul can lead to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm, and happiness. Deep relaxation is the most universal benefits of sound healing.
