In dancing 5Rhythms you can unearth a freestyle movement vocabulary rooted in unexpected, fresh ways of moving— offering renewed resource and perspective for your life.
This is a free form dance practice – there are no steps to follow.
This class is open to all ages and abilities. (Children 0-15 dance free)
