From Downtown Los Angeles to the coast at Santa Monica, Sunset Boulevard stretches for 22 miles. It’s the artery that pumps life into The City of Angels as it weaves its way through glittery Hollywood and West Hollywood’s Sunset Strip. It’s the home of Chateau Marmont, Guitar Row, The Hollywood Palladium and Mel’s Diner. The Strip lit the fuse & ignited a music explosion that would come to fill stadiums around the world, from the Go-Go’s to Guns and Roses; from a gypsy-fronted Fleetwood Mac to the leather-clad Joan Jett and her Blackhearts. Stages at The Whisky and The Roxy on Sunset Boulevard honed the sound of these bands & remade our popular culture.
With catchy one-hit wonders and some of the biggest hits of our generation, The Sunset Sessions celebrates the music of Los Angeles that took over the world; now played live in this new, exciting, high-energy show by Punwin Productions.
