Enjoy an evening of culinary decadence and delight at Caleb Restaurant & Bar; a beautifully rustic venue with an open kitchen, offering lively scenes of the chefs at work. Internationally acclaimed and “Premiers Award” winner Chef Caleb Azuka was trained at Massimo Bottura’s Modena restaurant and has since cooked the world over, honing his unique style to give a creative twist to traditional favourites. Now it’s your turn to learn at the hands of the master with an extensive VIP three-course masterclass with a glass of sparkling on arrival. Not only will you hone your skills, but you will also feast on your creations at the end!

Valid for one, two or four people (18+)
VIP Italian cooking masterclass
Cook an Italian-inspired, three-course fine dining menu (changes monthly)
Glass of sparkling on arrival per person
Focaccia on arrival

Small group size of maximum 12 people
Classes run for approximately two hours with dinner afterwards
Available every third Monday of the month at 5.30pm for registration (6pm start)

Sample Itinerary:

5.30pm: Sip on a glass of sparkling wine and enjoy your complimentary focaccia bread as you meet and greet with the other group members

6pm: Begin cooking class in the restaurant kitchen

8pm: Enjoy dining on your own creation with the whole group or at your own private table
