Join me for a two hour workshop where you will learn the basic philosophy, physiology and metaphysics of yin yoga.
Yin yoga offers us the opportunity for introspection, grounding, restoration, self-care, and immense life-force energy cultivation. Now more than ever we need balance and healing that yin yoga can provide.
What will you learn?
During this workshop you will learn a sequence of yin poses and their corresponding physiological and metaphysical benefits, as well as the corresponding chakras and meridians. You will also learn a basic meditation technique and pranayama breathwork practice.
This workshop is for you if you are already practicing yin yoga and would like to dive a little deeper, or if you are brand new to yin yoga and would like to commence a regular practice.
You will receive a workbook and instruction guide to support your home yin yoga practice.
Bring along your yoga mat or a towel, two large cushions or pillows, and a notepad and pen.
