Join us for an afternoon celebrating all things Scottish as part of the iconic Bluewater Fling — and aye, it’s completely free!
✨ 2026 marks a huge milestone as the Mackay and District Pipe Band celebrates its 100th Anniversary, and this year’s Fling is set to be MASSIVE.
The celebration kicks off with a mass band marching over the bridge into Mackay’s Bluewater Quay, setting the tone for an afternoon filled with:
🎶 Stirring pipe band performances
🥁 Thundering drums
🏴 Guest pipe bands
🎵 And of course, the pride of Mackay – the Mackay and District Pipe Band
