No Lights No Lycra Bunya invite you to come and Dance In The Dark!
We dance at Kakowan Community Facility, Bunya on the last Wednesday of every month from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
No judgement. No routines to learn. No instructors. No pressure. No fuss.
No lights (ultra darkened so all you can see is the silhouettes of other dancers) and
No lycra (actually you can wear whatever you’re comfy dancing/exercising in).
1 hour of non-stop dance music to suit all genres, so it’s a little bit of something for everyone. We welcome anyone from 12 years and upwards, under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
For anyone who might be self conscious about dancing in public – this is a perfect chance to dance like no-one is watching. It is an “hour of power”, music, dancing and self expression. Exercise and dance at the same time!
Dancing in the dark is such a fabulous physical and mental health boost.
It’s liberating, fun and affordable. $10 per person or $8 for Concession Card Holders.
